We ship across the UAE and the wider GCC region, with delivery times based on your location.

Delivery Rates & Times

Please note: delivery times start once your order has been processed, which takes 1-2 business days. They do not include the processing time.

  • Dubai: Dhs. 25 — 1-2 business days
  • Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain): Dhs. 35 — 1-2 business days
  • GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Dhs. 35 — 3-5 business days
  • International (EU and other regions): Dhs. 110 — delivery times vary by destination

Free shipping on GCC orders over Dhs. 349. Free shipping applies only to orders that are kept — see below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery times above are counted from the day your order is processed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

A return shipping fee applies to every return or exchange: Dhs. 25 for UAE orders and Dhs. 50 for GCC orders. Returns are shipped through our courier partner and are fully trackable. The only exception to the fee is an item that arrived damaged or incorrect. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

GCC exchanges (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): A return fee of AED 50 applies to collect your item, and a shipping fee of AED 35 applies to send your new item. Your original free shipping still applies. Any customs or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

If you return an order that received free shipping for a refund, it no longer qualifies for free shipping. You will be charged both the original shipping cost for your location (as listed above) and the return shipping fee, and both amounts will be deducted from your refund to your original payment method. Free shipping still applies as long as the items you keep total over Dhs. 349.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
